A beautiful handmade and rare Tibetan amber-like beeswax/copal drop pendant - containing traditional end capping of hammered sterling silver with an attractive embossed floral design. (Copal is the name given to tree-resin).
The piece is further punctuated with turquoise and coral accents – front and rear.
Tribal and ethnic in every sense, this pendant has been crafted by the nomadic people from Tibet – a group native to the high-altitude regions of the Himalayas.
You could have a lot of fun with this pendant – as a stunning jewellery centrepiece for an amazing Tibetan-inspired ethnic-style necklace.
The pendant contains a 6mm threading hole at the top of the piece.
Wearing a copal/beeswax pendant provides protection and is believed to enhance the energy system.
The accompanying photos illustrate what to expect in your order, while some images have been enlarged to show detail.
Please also bear in mind many of our ethnic pieces the pendant is not new, and some contain age-worn imperfections.
