This generous collection of both brooch loop pins, and brooch clips offers endless opportunity for bead work embroidery.
Now to clarify the ‘clips and pins’ myth – which is which or what is which ......
The brooch pin has a needle-like pin which rests in a looped cradle once fed through the garment it adorns, while the brooch clip works on exactly the same principle as the ‘pin’ – but has a locking catch which swivels over the end of the pin, to secure the piece.
Sizes in the collection are: 12mm, 13mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm and 38mm.
Works out that each brooch costs averages around $0.14. They are made in the United States and China.
