The collection includes 23 medium-sized pieces ranging between 15-42mm – shapes include flat and round tabular, hearts, and rounds – plus 64 tiny 4mm rounds - great spacer beads.
Lava Stone is essentially a volcanic rock that has been solidified by molten lava - formed through natural conditions of intense pressure and extreme heat during an eruption.
Seizing on the monetary opportunity, artisans take the raw stone (also known as Basalt Rock) to create beads and pendants to meet the thirsty demand for these popular porous stones.
